About the Product
We are creating a secure video conferencing platform with AI capabilities — a kind of “Zoom within a closed environment” with the following features:
- Video calls (audio + video conferences)
- Personal rooms and scheduled meetings
- Chat and collaboration
- Meeting transcription and summarization (AI)
- Built-in translator
- Integrations (Telegram / email)
- High level of security and encryption
The project is in the MVP formation and active development stage (mobile/desktop/web).
Role's Task
We need a product manager to help bring the MVP to launch and form the product's foundation:
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Formation and refinement of the MVP
- Conducting CustDev interviews with LPRs
- Defining feature scope and prioritization
- Designing key user scenarios:
- creating and managing conferences
- joining by link / guest access
- post-meeting processing (transcription, summary)
- Developing UX in collaboration with the designer
- Forming requirements for:
- monetization model
- packaging the solution for B2B clients
- Interaction with development and delivery
We are looking for someone who:
Required Experience:
Has launched or developed products for:
- video conferencing
- calls / VoIP / telecom solutions
- real-time communications
Understands the specifics of:
- latency, streaming, load
- video communication UX
- network and device limitations
Will be a plus:
Experience with:
- SIP / WebRTC / Media servers
- MediaSoup, Freeswitch, OpenSIPS
- Experience with AI features:
- speech-to-text
- summarization
- Experience with B2B SaaS / enterprise products
- Working with security and encryption
