Responsibilities
Working with Requirements
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements.
- Decompose requirements into tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate solutions and documentation with the client.
- Manage requirement changes throughout the development process.
- Maintain documentation and artifacts in Confluence.
- Create and track tasks in YouTrack.
System Analysis and Design
- Develop integrations with adjacent systems and external APIs.
- Describe the interaction between services and user scenarios.
- Collaborate with the client and developers to find optimal implementation options.
- Prepare technical specifications, functional and non-functional requirements, process and integration diagrams.
- Use BPMN / UML to visualize processes and interactions.
Working with the Team and Product
- Interact with PO, developers, and QA at all stages of task implementation.
- Assist the team in finding solutions when business requirements are limited by technical capabilities.
- Participate in planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.
- Propose improvements to the product and user experience with bots.
What's Important
- 2+ years of experience as a BA / System Analyst / Business System Analyst.
- Practical experience with business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to write User Stories and acceptance criteria, including Gherkin / BDD.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Understanding of REST API principles, JSON formats, and OpenAPI / Swagger specifications.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms: OAuth, API keys, tokens.
- Understanding of client-server and server-to-server interaction.
- Basic understanding of database structure and principles.
- Experience with SQL will be an advantage.
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
- Ability to visualize processes, dialogue scenarios, and integrations in Miro, Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to clearly explain complex matters to both technical specialists and business representatives.
Will be a plus
- Experience in designing and documenting external APIs.
- Experience with Telegram Bot API or other messenger platforms.
- Practical experience testing APIs via Postman.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues.
- Basic understanding of information security in integrations, including handling and storing tokens.
- Experience in a product team.
- Proficient in YouTrack and Confluence.
