🚀 Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist (Casino / Sweepstakes)

📍 Location: Prague, Czech Republic / Remote 💼 Format: Full-time 💰 Salary: $1,500/month

We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to develop brand presence on Reddit for the US market. If you know how to work with Reddit Ads, build active communities, and manage brand reputation — we will be happy to have you on our team.

📋 Responsibilities:

— Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads. — Create and develop official brand subreddits. — Develop community structure (FAQ, rules, 18+/21+). — Publish native content, reviews, Code Drops, payout confirmations, and AMAs. — Communicate with users, handle feedback and manage brand reputation. — Interact with moderators of thematic subreddits. — Analyze advertising effectiveness and community development.

✅ Our expectations:

— Reddit experience from 1 year. — Practical experience launching Reddit Ads. — Experience in Casino, Gambling, Sweepstakes, or iGaming. — English — B2–C1. — Understanding of Reddit rules, moderation, and anti-spam policies. — Experience with proxies and anti-detect browsers will be a plus.

🎁 We offer:

— Salary $1,500/month. — Office in Prague or fully remote work. — Schedule 09:00–18:00 (US Central Time). — All necessary tools, advertising budgets, and services. — Work with international brands and large-scale Reddit communities.
