🔹What does the training program consist of?
- 1-month online intensive course;
- you study theory and practice it with the help of practical assignments;
- the online intensive course can be combined with work.
🔹Requirements for candidates:
- completed higher or secondary specialized professional education;
- willingness to undergo an internship at ASTON company.
- Upon successful completion of the online intensive course, the trainee is automatically enrolled in an internship at ASTON Laboratory.
🔹Internship conditions:
- training for 3-4 months, 5 days a week from 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break;
- studying theory with weekly checks of the learned material;
- practice on training projects under the guidance of an experienced tech lead;
- preparation for interviews and self-presentation;
- candidates from cities where we do not have an office can undergo training remotely;
- after starting on a commercial project, the work format is: hybrid at the ASTON office until transitioning to M2 level (3 days in office/2 days remote) / full attendance at the client's office.
- after starting on a commercial project, readiness for business trips to Saint Petersburg or Moscow is important.
