🚀 Plata is hiring: Head of AI Engineering

At Plata, we are looking for a Head of AI Engineering to shape and lead our AI direction across the platform and products, from strategy and architecture to real production impact at scale.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end AI vision and bring multiple AI domains under a single strategic direction. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, and business teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, reliable AI solutions with clear impact.

We’re looking for a technically strong leader with deep AI/ML expertise, solid engineering judgment, and the ability to build and scale teams in a fast-growing fintech environment. Someone who can define the roadmap, set priorities across domains, and establish best practices for data, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
