📎 Seeking a Python Developer (Middle)

Salary: up to 250,000 ₽

Tasks: • Development and refinement of backend services in Python according to technical specifications from analysts/functional consultants, in accordance with development regulations; • Development of unit tests; • Participation in code reviews; • Support, documentation, and operation of developed applications; • Providing consultations on technical issues; • Identifying defects and finding the causes of their occurrence; • Developing solutions for problems and eliminating incidents and defects; • Providing activity reports to the manager.

Requirements: ✔️ Education • Higher education in IT, technical, or mathematical fields. ✔️ Work Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Python developer; • Experience with Git version control system. ✔️ Knowledge and professional skills • Python 3.11+: type hints, OOP, asyncio; • Knowledge of one of the frameworks: FastAPI (Pydantic, async/await) or Django (DRF); • REST API development, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation; • Solid knowledge of SQL, ORM (SQLAlchemy), experience with PostgreSQL; • Unit testing: pytest — mandatory requirement; • Dependency management: pip / poetry / uv; • Knowledge of web services and REST API principles and architecture; • Knowledge of service/microservice solution principles and architecture; • Basic understanding of containerization (Docker): building and running own services; • Understanding of CI/CD processes (automated builds, auto-tests, auto-deploy); experience with GitLab CI — a plus; • Experience working with Scrum/Kanban. ✔️ Language Skills • English, B1 level: reading technical documentation. ✔️ Business Qualities • Teamwork (supporting colleagues); • Results orientation (high, consistent performance indicators); • Self-development (seeking opportunities for further growth).
