Vacancy: Project Manager BI & Reporting
📍 Format: Remote (RF, Moscow time zone)
💼 Employment: Full-time
🎯 Main Goal: A single point of management for the backlog and delivery of BI/reporting for the entire company.
Key Tasks:
- Collection of requests from business stakeholders, formalization of requirements, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintaining and updating a unified BI reporting backlog, prioritizing directions with the PO.
- Decomposing tasks for the dev team, controlling deadlines, dependencies, and blockers.
- Maintaining documentation (description of sources, data flows, calculation rules).
- Acceptance of finished solutions and demos for the business.
Requirements:
- Experience with commercial indicators/in retail companies. Ideally - marketplaces.
- Practical experience in BI/reporting as a PM/PO or BA/SA responsible for delivery.
- Understanding of DWH, data marts, ETL/ELT principles.
- Basic SQL (for checking results and data analysis).
- Experience with BI systems (Power BI / Metabase / Tableau and similar) and task trackers (Kaiten / Jira).
- High communication skills, diplomacy, systematic approach, and attention to detail.
