Development of an analytical platform, implementation of modern data practices, and process automation. 🧩 About the Role: we are looking for a mature Data Analyst who is at the intersection of classic analytics, Data Engineering, and modern AI practices. This is a role for a specialist who not only builds dashboards and writes complex SQL, but also actively participates in forming data contracts, automates routine tasks using LLM agents, and works closely with dbt and Spark. 🚀 Key Tasks: — Development of data models and reporting solutions in Power BI and Apache Superset considering business needs. — Creation and optimization of complex SQL queries, implementation of dbt models for data transformation. — Automation of typical processes and regular reporting using Python. — Support and development of Spark scripts for standard ETL tasks. — Formation of technical specifications for data engineers (for modification and creation of ETL), as well as implementation of simple DAGs based on a ready-made template. — Coordination of data contracts: fixing SLAs, data schemas, responsible parties, and access rights. — Data Quality (DQ) control, updating the data catalog. — Implementation of automation based on LLM and code agents (connecting MCP and skills) to accelerate routine operations. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Analytics (CRITICAL!): — At least 4 years of experience in data analytics. — Advanced SQL proficiency: confident work with CTE, JOIN, subqueries, and window functions, query optimization skills. — BI development skills: building data models, setting up relationships and calculated measures (DAX or similar). Engineering Skills and Tools (CRITICAL!): — Practical experience with dbt (implementation of transformation models). — Confident Python proficiency: writing structured code, performing complex transformations, script optimization. — Experience with Spark: independent query formation, basic optimization. — Git proficiency at the level of daily operations: creating branches, commits, push, merge requests, participation in code review. Processes and Innovations (CRITICAL!): — Experience in coordinating data contracts and organizing data quality (DQ) monitoring. — Practical skills in working with code agents, including connecting MCP (Model Context Protocol) and skills. 💡 Will be a significant plus: — Experience in the retail domain and understanding of retail metrics specifics. — Experience in writing complex dbt models (incremental, snapshots, macros, Slim CI). — Understanding of Data Vault 2.0 principles or other data modeling methodologies.
