Senior DevOps Engineer (Release Product)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for our DevOps team to develop and support the production infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and Kubernetes environments.

This position is for an experienced engineer with solid commercial experience who has independently designed and developed CI/CD processes, worked with Kubernetes in production, and has practical experience in operating infrastructure services.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring a stable and predictable release process at all stages of the development lifecycle
• Developing and supporting development teams' CI/CD processes, including complex multi-stage pipelines and integrations with external services
• Operating and developing Kubernetes infrastructure
• Installing and supporting infrastructure services, databases, and integration components
• Maintaining deployed business applications in production environments
• Consulting development teams on configuration and operation of services in Kubernetes
• Developing and maintaining Helm charts
• Participating in the standardization of Kubernetes components using Helm and CUE
• Performing updates, migrations, and configuration changes for infrastructure components and databases

What we expect

• 5-6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Practical experience in building and developing CI/CD processes
• Solid experience with GitLab CI
• Good understanding of Git, workflows, and change delivery processes
• Experience with Docker, Kaniko, and BuildKit
• Practical experience using the GitOps approach and Argo CD
• Solid experience operating Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience developing custom Helm charts
• Experience using Helm templating and built-in functions
• Experience adapting and customizing ready-made solutions
• Experience in administering and supporting PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Vault
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Important for this role

We are considering Senior level candidates with solid practical experience. For us, experience in independently designing CI/CD processes, operating Kubernetes in production, and developing custom Helm charts is important.

If your experience is limited to supporting existing CI/CD processes, using ready-made Helm charts, or basic Kubernetes operation, this position is likely not for you.
