𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞) for an international fintech/payments company.
This is a client-facing technical role, acting as a trusted advisor to merchants, supporting integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with internal product and engineering teams.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Support merchant onboarding and PSP integrations • Analyze merchant technical integration requirements • Provide tier-2 technical support for escalated issues • Log, track, reproduce and help resolve defects with developers • Execute re-tests and regression testing • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure integration quality and correctness
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Experience with merchant PSP integrations and onboarding • Strong understanding of payment processing (Merchant / PSP / Acquiring) • Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with CRM and payment accounting platforms • Experience as a PHP developer (Node.js / React is a plus) • 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 – mandatory • 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 – mandatory
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞: • Experience with Payment Gateway technologies • Experience with Payment Service Provider integrations • AWS or other cloud environments exposure • CI/CD tools experience • Coding background in PHP / React – strong advantage
