❤ We are looking for a CPO (Chief Product Owner) for Credit Products (retail and business)

❤ We are seeking a strong leader 🙏🏻, capable of heading the retail and business lending product group. You will be responsible for defining the development vector for key banking products and ensuring their success at all stages - from idea to financial results.

Responsibilities:

Strategic management of the product group (retail and business loans):

• Development of product development strategy in accordance with the bank's business goals;
• Definition of key priorities and development directions for the product teams within the group;
• Formulation and setting of goals for teams;
• Participation in strategic meetings, sessions with the bank's management, product groups, and teams.

Product portfolio management:

• Management of the product portfolio lifecycle in accordance with market requirements and the company's strategic goals;
• Work with product analytics to identify new opportunities and growth points;
• Work on the strategy for retaining and growing the active client base.

Product economics management:

• Management of PnL and unit economics of products;
• Management of pricing and product monetization models;
• Calculation of business cases.

Requirements:

• At least 6 (six) years of work experience, including at least 2 (two) years in the field of process management and/or project activities.

Professional Skills and Knowledge:

• Product strategy and development roadmap (Product Strategy & Roadmapping)
• Product design considering regulatory requirements and risks
• P&L and unit economics
• Retail and SME lending
• Digital banking platforms and ecosystems
• Pricing and monetization models
• Portfolio management and product lifecycle management
• Digital marketing and analytics
• Cross-functional leadership
