▪️What will need to be done? ▫️Write scripts for horizontal YouTube videos - 2-3 times a week and for YouTube Shorts - 2-3 times a day. ▫️Work according to the structure: strong hook, high retention, clear finale. ▫️Control editing and provide feedback until the final result. ▫️Generate ideas for new videos. ▫️Analyze metrics of released videos and adjust the approach.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Experience with short-form content - you watch Shorts and understand why one went viral and another didn't. ▫️Reliability and consistent pace: 2-3 scripts a day is a daily norm, not "when inspiration strikes." ▫️Literate speech and writing. ▫️Willingness to rewrite and accept feedback. ▫️Understanding of Forex and trading (not necessarily trading yourself, but terminology and audience pain points should be understood). ▫️Experience writing scripts for Shorts / Reels / TikTok. ▫️Understanding of YouTube Shorts algorithms: retention, watch time, rewatches. ▫️Basic proficiency with neural networks - content will be adapted for the Portuguese language.

▪️Compensation ▫️Piece-rate - for each script. Discussed individually after the interview.
