Looking for a #COO / #HeadofOperations for a fast-growing #AgriTech - ecosystem project (multiple products, scaling to the region). 🧲
We need not an operations manager, but a strong #builder / #executor at the COO level, who: 🧰 ▪️ has built operational models from scratch (not support, but creation) ▪️ has managed multiple products / directions simultaneously ▪️ knows how to bring chaos into a system and scale it ▪️ makes decisions based on metrics, KPIs, and unit economics ▪️ has worked in a fast-paced IT / marketplace / e-commerce / startup environment
This is a #Clevel role with real influence, not a nominal title. 🚀
