Our client: an international fintech organization. The project involves designing and developing a high-load distributed platform on Go with a focus on fault tolerance and scalability.

What you will do:

• Design the architecture of distributed systems and microservices in Go.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps together with Product Managers.
• Conduct code reviews for Senior engineers, implement improvements in CI/CD and system design.
• Defend architectural decisions to external stakeholders.

Full stack and project technologies:

• Language: Go (Goroutines, Channels, Memory Model, Concurrency)
• Architecture: Distributed Systems, Microservices, System Design, High Availability, Observability (Metrics, Logs, Tracing), Architectural Risks
• API: REST API, gRPC
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS
• Tools: AI tools (implementation/setup within the team), CI/CD
• Processes: Agile / Scrum

We expect:

• 7+ years of development experience, with 4+ years using Go in production.
• Experience in designing HighLoad systems, knowledge of data integration patterns.
• Experience in FinTech / banking, understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Higher technical education (Computer Science) and English language proficiency from C1 (Advanced) level.
