Our client: an international fintech organization. The project involves designing and developing a high-load distributed platform in Go with a focus on fault tolerance and scalability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing the architecture of distributed systems and microservices in Go.
- Translating business goals into technical roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Conducting code reviews for Senior Engineers, implementing improvements in CI/CD and system design.
- Defending architectural solutions to external stakeholders.
Full stack and project technologies:
- Language: Go (Goroutines, Channels, Memory Model, Concurrency)
- Architecture: Distributed Systems, Microservices, System Design, High Availability, Observability (Metrics, Logs, Tracing), Architectural Risks
- API: REST API, gRPC
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS
- Tools: AI tools (implementation/setup within the team), CI/CD
- Processes: Agile / Scrum
We expect:
- 7+ years of development experience, with 4+ years using Go in production.
- Experience in designing HighLoad systems, knowledge of data integration patterns.
- Experience in FinTech / banking, understanding of security and compliance requirements.
- Higher technical education (Computer Science) and English language proficiency from C1 (Advanced) level.
