What you will be doing:
- Work in conjunction with the category team: analyze turnover and margin, identify growth areas and prepare recommendations for management decisions;
- Develop tools for monitoring and analyzing A/B test results;
- Research and improve methodologies for conducting and analyzing A/B experiments, improve existing company methodologies;
- Design and analyze experiments, evaluate the impact of launched changes;
- Collect, process, and analyze data from heterogeneous sources;
- Refine and maintain existing dashboards, build new reports;
- Research user behavior.
What we expect from you:
- Relevant experience as a data analyst for at least 3 years;
- Strong command of SQL: complex queries, window functions, calculation optimization, working with large data volumes;
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis: pandas, numpy, scipy or statsmodels, visualization of results;
- Experience in building dashboards in Power BI or another BI system, experience with Excel;
- Understanding of commercial metrics: GMV, margin, and others;
- Mandatory experience in conducting A/B tests: experiment design, results evaluation;
- Ability to work with statistical data and draw justified conclusions;
- Ability to structure information and present analysis results.
