We are creating an AI solution for the insurance market of Saudi Arabia.
How it works: a user uploads photos of a car after an accident — the system, based on computer vision and LLM, automatically:
- identifies damaged parts;
- assesses the degree of damage (from a scratch to total deformation);
- calculates the final repair cost.
We have a working prototype and initial pilot clients in Saudi Arabia. The data is available, algorithms show accuracy, but the product is raw. Your task is to turn this prototype into a production-ready MVP, ready for scaling to the Middle East market.
What you will be doing
1. Refine the prototype to MVP
- Immerse yourself in the current customer process of car damage assessment.
- Define the MVP value proposition.
- Refine the prototype to MVP together with the team.
2. Working with data
- Analyze assessment history, gather feedback from experts.
3. Business logic
- Configure the repair cost calculation algorithm (spare parts prices, standard hours, KSA regional coefficient).
- Integrate with external systems (spare parts catalogs, price directories).
4. Business trips and presentations
- Travel to pilot clients, conduct training, gather requirements for future iterations.
- Prepare materials in English.
5. Interaction
- With the product development team: assign tasks, describe business requirements, be responsible for accepting development results.
- With the expert team: convey client feedback and jointly develop the target calculation methodology.
We will be a good fit if you have
- Product Owner / Product Manager experience in the last 2 years with active English communication (B2-C1).
- Hands-on data analysis experience (Excel, Python).
- Experience creating AI products from scratch — especially in image processing (CV) or structured data.
- Successful experience using LLM and multimodal models — how to integrate them into product scenarios, their strengths and weaknesses.
- Experience working in startups or small dynamic IT companies (welcome).
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Understanding of general car technical structure, interest in this topic.
It will be especially cool if
- You understand the insurance industry (InsurTech) or appraisal activities.
- Experience working with the Middle East market.
