Vacancy opened: Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to work on the documentation of medical products: CEZR (B2B employee health monitoring platform) and AI Doctor (AI assistant for doctors). Basic documentation has already been created and structured – the key task is to keep it up-to-date and expand its coverage as the products grow.

This is a startup position at the intersection of medicine, IT, and regulatory compliance. Along with substantive tasks, there is regular regulatory routine; you should be prepared for this combination.

Scope of responsibility: — Support and development of operational, user, and regulatory documentation: manuals, instructions, knowledge bases, reference guides — Preparation of document packages for regulators and certification bodies, including registration of software as a medical device — Support of documentation within the QMS: SOPs, forms, regulations, reports — Interaction with developers, analysts, QA, and clinical experts — Quality control, integrity, and versioning of documents

Requirements: — 1-3 years of experience as a technical writer in IT and understanding of the full software development lifecycle — Experience with user and operational documentation — Proficient written Russian and English, ability to adapt technical language for different audiences — Confident command of documentation formatting tools — Attention to technical details and versions, systems thinking — Readiness to independently work with large volumes of information and extract essential points

Will be a plus: — Understanding of the specifics of medical software, QMS, and regulatory requirements of the Russian Federation — Knowledge of ISO 13485, GOST 19, and GOST 34 — Experience with SOPs, regulations, and documents for audits — Participation in the registration or certification of software as a medical device

Conditions: — Remote format, there is an office in Moscow City — Citizenship and tax residency of the Russian Federation is required
