✨ Vacancy: Affiliate Team Lead — LATAM (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to join an international iGaming team to develop the affiliate segment in LATAM. We need a strong leader who can manage a team, build processes, develop an affiliate network, and be responsible for the segment's results.

What you need to do: • Manage and develop a team of Affiliate Managers, set KPIs, and monitor results. • Formulate an affiliate strategy considering GEO and business goals. • Find and onboard new partners, webmasters, agencies, and affiliate teams. • Negotiate and agree on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. • Develop relationships with key partners. • Monitor traffic quality, FTD, ROI, and other metrics. • Optimize campaigns and scale effective sources. • Build processes for cold outreach and partner acquisition. • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of Affiliate Managers. • Prepare reports and forecasts, monitor the market and new traffic sources. • Represent the company at industry conferences.

What's important: ✔ 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing. ✔ 1+ year of team management or mentorship. ✔ Experience in attracting and developing affiliate partners. ✔ Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. ✔ Ability to analyze traffic economics and make data-driven decisions. ✔ Strong negotiation and business communication skills. ✔ Cold sales / B2B / outreach experience is a plus. ✔ Ability to build processes from scratch. ✔ English B2+. ✔ Own partner base will be an advantage.
