Twinby, a dating app, is looking for a CPO (B2C Mobile, SaaS) to lead the next stage of product growth and build a strong product function.
Twinby is a mobile dating product with 15 million installations in the CIS market. Category: social / dating, subscription monetization, high decision-making speed.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate product strategy and defend priorities by influencing revenue and business metrics
- Own product unit economics and participate in financial modeling with the CFO
- Develop monetization: subscriptions, IAP, upsell mechanics, tariff strategy
- Launch and scale hypotheses through A/B tests and analytics
- Build joint planning with marketing: product mechanics and UA campaigns work as a unified system
- Build and develop the product team: PM, design, analytics
- Implement standards for working with requirements, metrics, and post-release analysis
What we expect:
- Experience leading a product function at the level of Head of Product / Head of Growth / CPO / VP Product — with responsibility for strategy and measurable results
- B2C mobile subscription product with a real audience
- Ability to demonstrate personal contribution to key metric growth: what was changed, what effect was achieved, and how
- Unit economics as a working tool — CAC, LTV, ARPPU, D30, churn in decision-making
- Experience in joint planning with marketing at the GTM and UA level
Will be a plus:
- Dating, social, entertainment, or related subscription verticals
- CIS market: RuStore, AppMetrica, VK Реклама, Яндекс
- Participation in investor narrative regarding product strategy
- Experience launching a new product or vertical
