Remote Vacancy.
Creative communication agency SOCIALIST is seeking an Intern (AI Video Content).
The company has a CGI studio in Dubai and is now looking for an intern to join the team to create AI videos. The internship is unpaid and lasts for three months with a commitment of 4–6 hours per day. The working schedule is discussed individually. The company offers mentorship from a Senior AI Artist and Art Director, participation in showcase creation, and involvement in projects for international and Russian clients. Upon successful completion of the internship, they will be pleased to offer you permanent cooperation with compensation commensurate with your level.
What we expect from you:
- Practical experience working with neural networks as an AI creator;
- Experience with node-based aggregators and multi-layered pipelines: Higgsfield, Magnific, Weavy, and other similar tools;
- Understanding of the AI video creation process: from idea development, references, and generation of individual frames to assembling a complete video;
- Developed visual awareness and interest in the AI sphere: you are constantly looking for new prompts, testing different photo and video models, and staying updated on new tools and approaches;
- At least a basic level of proficiency in editing and motion design: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or, as a last resort, CapCut;
- Basic skills in graphic editors: Photoshop, Illustrator, or their equivalents;
- Responsibility, independence, and self-organization skills;
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and bring tasks to completion;
- Commercial experience as a videographer, video editor, or motion designer will be an advantage;
- Experience working with open-source models, running them locally, and creating workflows in ComfyUI will be a significant plus. In the future, we plan to automate some production processes through such pipelines, so this experience will be particularly valuable.
Conditions:
- Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, discussed individually to accommodate your studies or main job;
- Fully remote internship format;
- Mentorship from experienced specialists;
- Work on real projects for Russian and international clients;
- Opportunities for professional and career growth;
- Possibility of future employment;
- A strong team from whom you can learn a lot.
