AI Engineer (Network Security)

In the AI Center, we focus on the applied use of AI/ML in BI.ZONE's cybersecurity products and research the latest advancements in this field. Among other things, we are developing the BI.ZONE Cubi AI assistant, which helps information security specialists cope with large volumes of data and the growing level of cyber threats.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to be responsible for the creation and development of GenAI solutions (agents, assistants) for network security products.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and developing AI agents
• Developing and optimizing prompts, teaching agents to interact with company products
• Solving NLP tasks: classification, summarization, NER, semantic search, clustering, and others
• Writing maintainable, readable code as part of AI agent development (Python 3.12+)
• Participating in development at all stages of the AI/ML lifecycle (from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring in production)
• Deploying GenAI applications to production in collaboration with the DevOps team

What is important to us:

• Higher technical education
• 2+ years of Python development experience
• Experience creating agents using modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic AI Harness, etc.)
• Knowledge of AI agent planning strategies (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, etc.)
• Confident work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, vLLM, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of agent protocols (MCP, A2A, AG-UI)
• Strong prompt engineering + chain/tool/function calling
• Experience with vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, etc.)
• Experience evaluating the quality of LLM systems (RAGAS, DeepEval, LLM-as-a-Judge, or similar)
• Experience working with Linux, Git, Docker, ability to package your agent into a container

What else is important to us, but we can consider candidates without it:

• Experience in information security
• Experience with fine-tuning and retraining LLMs (PEFT: LoRA, DoRA, qLoRA, etc.)
• Experience in detecting and minimizing hallucinations and errors in LLM-generated responses
• Experience implementing RAG-Security measures (RBAC at the chunk level, PII masking)
