Now we are actively seeking a Project Manager for the international licensing team.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Managing teams of lawyers
• Controlling the implementation of licensing and corporate projects
• Managing licensing tracks, including obtaining new licenses and acquiring licensed companies
• Conducting full-cycle corporate processes in foreign jurisdictions — incorporation, acquisition of ready-made companies, liquidation, filing reports
• Optimizing internal processes and cross-functional interaction between legal, financial, and operational teams, implementing unified work standards and controlling compliance with internal procedures
• Consulting product teams on licensing compliance matters
• Developing and implementing a licensing strategy and supporting business initiatives for market entry and new product launches

We expect:

• English language — B2–C1 level: ability to independently develop, edit, and structure documentation in English
• Experience with legal entities/corporate processes
• Experience in implementing licensing projects in Tier 1–Tier 3 jurisdictions: obtaining new licenses and acquiring licensed companies
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel processes
• Communication skills with government bodies and counterparties in English
• Experience with task trackers
• Attention to detail and systematic approach
