Tasks:
- Engineering support, administration, and updates for Security Vision SOAR;
- Creation and optimization of workflows for automating incident and asset management processes;
- Creation and modification of event handlers and their schedules (working with loaders);
- Creation and definition of properties (various input/output types and forms) in new/existing object types;
- Creation and configuration of additional connector commands for integration with various data sources (integration with AD, KSC, SIEM, CMDB, SD, Jira, email);
- Creation and configuration of dictionaries for specific tasks;
- Support of the role model in the system (configuring access to modules/objects/properties depending on the role);
- Designing dashboards and widgets to monitor the effectiveness of information security processes;
- Working in conjunction with the response team (SOC/IR), IT department, and vendor.
Requirements:
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SGRC\SOAR class solutions (Security Vision, R-Vision);
- Confident knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) at the level of writing queries for data retrieval and analysis;
- Understanding of REST API principles and system integration;
- Automation skills: parsing and normalization of data (JSON, CSV, XML), fluent in regular expressions (Regex).
