Friends, I'm hunting for an Android Team Lead. Hunting for someone who's tired of bureaucracy and wants to genuinely build a product.

I joined Alfa-Bank (Belarus) in December 2024 because I've been a client of this bank since 2014. I got tired of just using the app – I wanted to create it. I applied my experience to improve it for myself, my loved ones, and millions of other users.

Now for the exciting part: we are actively integrating AI into the process (to speed up all developers) and starting a major transition to Kotlin Multiplatform. The idea is simple: instead of supporting two huge native codebases (Android and iOS), we are creating one cool skeleton on Compose Multiplatform.

My ideal candidate: This is not just a manager. This is a leader who isn't afraid of code, wants to lead a team, and be responsible for the result. We don't have stupid time tracking. We have a goal, syncs, and we just get things done.

Ideally, you: ✅ Have managed a team of 5+ people. ✅ Understand mobile architecture. ✅ Have heard of KMP and understand "which way to blow" (i.e., the direction). ✅ Use AI as your personal assistant at work. ✅ Don't need someone standing over your shoulder.
