The project manager leads a separate stream and is responsible not only for the process but also for the final outcome.

What the job will involve. You will need to formulate requirements for different teams: product, design, development, analytics, marketing. Connect business and IT. Dive into implementation details, not just stay at the status level. Think through user scenarios. Participate in the development of project economics and sometimes deal with legal nuances. Separately – pitching initiatives and defending decisions.

Who I'm looking for. I need a strong middle+ with potential for growth. A person who can independently lead a direction without constant supervision. The ability to dig deep, not just move tasks, is important. A foundation in product and an understanding of development are necessary. Plus normal communication skills – to be clear both verbally and in writing.

Some things can be learned along the way, but the foundation must be solid.

Conditions: Almaty, office, 9:00–18:00, no remote or hybrid work. Work in the banking environment with its specificities and processes.
