Job Description

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design of web interfaces from 2 years in IT;
• Knowledge of composition, typography, color;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma;
• Experience with identity design;
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Creativity and creative thinking.

Your tasks will include

• Design of websites and mobile applications (from assembling mood boards, prototypes and initial concepts to final implementation);
• Work with graphics (icons/pictograms, infographics, simple illustrations);
• Participation in planning and preliminary task estimation;
• Support and development of existing projects;
• Create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces that align with business processes.

iMedia Solutions is an IT company in the field of Web and mobile development, founded in Belarus, with offices in Minsk, Moscow, and Tallinn.

We have been on the market since 2012, and during this time we have become a resident of the High-Tech Park (ПВТ).

We are actively expanding the team and looking for a full-time specialist for new projects. First and foremost, we are interested in long-term cooperation. Our task is to provide you with projects in accordance with your level and skills. The recruiter and our managers will tell you about potential projects during the interview!

During our work, we have expanded our client base to countries in Europe, the Far and Near East, South Africa, Canada, and CIS countries. The geography of clients is truly wide, we work worldwide, except for Australia.

Our clients include "Rostec", "Belgazprombank", "Buslik", "Beeline", "Shell", "British American Tobacco", "Melon Fashion Group": "Love Republic", "befree", "Zarina", and many others. The number of successful projects has already reached 500!

How our work is structured:

1. For each project, we individually select a team of 4-15 people
2. Each project has a Project Manager who handles communication with the client and the team
3. We manage all our projects in Jira
4. No screen screenshots, we trust our employees
5. We adhere to a product approach when working on projects lasting from six months to 2 years.
