Team Lead (Fullstack, Node.js/React)

We are building an Apps Factory within the company— a portfolio of mobile subscription applications (utilities) and a scalable JavaScript platform that:

• automates creative processes;
• manages marketing campaigns;
• creates and delivers content across cross-platform applications;
• integrates data, analytics, and ML into a unified growth infrastructure.

Both areas — mobile applications and the internal platform — are already implemented and are in the active refinement and development stage. The platform supplies data for ML models, which, in turn, use it in the product's growth loop. There are 4–5 developers in the team, there is an architect/acting tech lead, work is structured using Scrum with the involvement of project managers.

Responsibilities

• Technical and functional leadership in the development team (fullstack, backend/frontend ratio approx. 60/40)
• Code reviews, including superficial checking of mobile development (using code analysis tools)
• Hands-on development participation alongside team management
• People management: team development, feedback, assistance in process organization
• Interaction with project managers within the Scrum process

Stack Frontend: Vue 2, Nuxt, React, Next.js, React Native (TypeScript — a plus, but not mandatory) Backend: Express, NestJS, Fastify Infrastructure: Firebase/GCP, Terraform/Pulumi, Docker/Kubernetes; experience with Stripe will be a plus

Requirements

• Commercial development experience at Team Lead level
• Experience in managing a development team (people management)
• Proficient command of the specified stack (frontend + backend)
• Ability to read and evaluate mobile code (React Native) at a review level (understand mobile development)
• English is not required — the team is entirely Russian-speaking

• Ideally — presence in the office in Warsaw
• Remote work is possible for candidates from priority locations
• When working without official employment — only under NDA, payment in crypto
• Priority: Warsaw (1), Europe (2), other countries (3). RF/RB are not considered.

The company uses time-tracking / activity monitoring software.
