Lead Java Developer (Microservices / Blockchain)

☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Higher technical education
- Java 11+ (experience with versions 17/19 is welcome)
- Deep understanding of architectural styles: SOA, MSA, Event-Driven, SBA
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, principles of microservice construction
- Stack: Spring Boot (2.x/3.x), PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka
- Experience working in a containerized environment (OpenShift / Kubernetes)
- Design of REST/gRPC APIs, working with JSON/XML
- High level of SQL (complex queries, optimization, reading plans)
- Experience writing tests (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers) and using BDD (Gherkin/Cucumber)
- Proficiency in tools: Maven/Gradle, Git, Jira, Confluence
- Experience with CI/CD setup (Bitbucket Pipelines/Jenkins, Nexus)
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to decompose tasks
Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing smart contracts for TRON, Ethereum or other blockchain networks
- Understanding of cryptography fundamentals and key management
- Experience in designing systems for interaction with public and private blockchain networks
- Skills in working with AI/generative models for code writing, auto-generation of tests and documentation (SDD approach)
- Knowledge of additional languages: JS, Python, Go, C++, Rust
- Skills in Nginx setup, knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX or experience with React (to understand the client-side)
