UX/UI Designer for Agency Website Redesign (with potential for long-term cooperation)
Hastra Agency is looking for a strong UX/UI designer for their own website redesign. Important: this is not a one-off task — we are considering long-term cooperation with a designer who demonstrates a high level of skill.
Starting Task:
— Redesign of the agency's website (structure, visuals, UX) — Development of conversion-focused blocks considering SEO and PPC objectives
Further (upon successful performance): — Landing pages and pages for advertising campaigns — Banners and creatives — UX improvements for client projects
What's important: — The ability not just to "design beautifully," but to understand the business task — A sense of modern design (clean, stylish, not overloaded) — Experience with landing pages / commercial websites — Understanding of basic conversion and UX principles
Work Format: — Project-based employment — Payment: per project / per scope of work (negotiable)
Will be a plus: — Experience working with agencies — Cases with measurable results (conversion growth, etc.)
