What you will be doing:
● Designing websites: landing pages, multi-page sites, corporate portals
● Assembling complex sites on Tilda from scratch, including non-standard blocks, Zero Block, and custom CSS
● Creating and maintaining design systems, components, auto-layouts, variables
● Preparing text content for websites — independently or with AI tools
● Creating and processing images, illustrations, and graphics using neural networks
● Interacting with clients or the team: briefing, presenting solutions, collecting feedback
● Monitoring website updates: making edits, updating content
Required skills:
Design and tools
● Figma - proficient: components, auto-layouts, variants, variables, prototyping
● UI design skills: grids, typography, color systems, adaptive layout
● Understanding of UX principles: hierarchy, navigation, user journey
● Experience in developing design systems and working with ready-made UI kits
Tilda
● Proficient Tilda website assembly, including Zero Block
● Working with custom blocks, CSS edits, and basic JavaScript
● Website optimization for SEO using platform tools
Content
● Ability to work with text: editing, writing, structuring
● Using AI tools for generating and refining texts and images
● Basic understanding of copywriting and principles of persuasive text
Will be a plus:
● Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
● Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
● Understanding of web analytics basics (Yandex.Metrica)
● Motion design and animation skills (Lottie, CSS animations)
● Knowledge of conversion design principles and A/B testing
● Communication skills - ability to explain solutions, listen to feedback, and find common ground.
