TASKS:
- Independent development of studio projects (including involving and coordinating junior specialists);
- Planning and monitoring the execution of work by project stages;
- Reviewing finished project materials before handing them over to the client or contractors;
- Conducting client briefings at the project start;
- Communication with the client's working group and the contractor;
- Site visits for familiarization and/or author's supervision;
- Site visits with the client for material selection;
- Development of reference (standard) parts of the project;
- Development of conceptual design solutions;
- Independent selection of material and equipment samples;
- Communication with contractors (engineers, designers, suppliers, etc.);
- Forming and issuing technical specifications to visualizers, monitoring the deadlines and quality of their execution;
- Forming and issuing technical specifications to architects, monitoring their execution.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Specialized higher education (design, architecture);
- Successful experience in implementing design projects for commercial spaces for over 3 years;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of modern trends and extensive visual experience.
