💻 Support Engineer L2

🔜 We are creating an autonomous traffic monetization infrastructure in Telegram based on AI. Our digital employees are replacing entire departments of manual operators for large teams.

🔜 We are looking for a second-line technical support specialist who knows how to work with language models (LLM) under the hood, understands prompting logic, and is ready to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our systems during nighttime and weekends.

What you will be doing:

*️⃣Handling incoming customer requests via a Telegram support bot. *️⃣Configuring and optimizing prompt instructions for AI assistants for specific scenarios and sales verticals. *️⃣Promptly diagnosing and fixing logical errors in dialogues. *️⃣Assisting clients in setting up follow-ups and scenarios in our no-code/low-code funnel builder. *️⃣Monitoring the performance of client Telegram sessions. *️⃣Filtering out platform bugs and creating technical tasks for backend/frontend developers.

What we expect:

*️⃣Experience in 1st/2nd line support for at least 1 year - required! *️⃣Ability to read or write code - required! *️⃣Basic understanding of prompt engineering: you can write clear system instructions for LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and understand how system prompts affect model behavior. *️⃣Understanding the logic of no-code/low-code funnel builders and basic CRM principles. *️⃣Ability to quickly analyze other people's correspondence and logs to find cause-and-effect relationships. *️⃣Experience interacting with clients in technical support or B2B customer service. *️⃣Basic knowledge of Git. *️⃣High level of self-discipline: readiness to consistently work night shifts and promptly respond to critical alerts about session failures.

What we offer: ** *️⃣Fully remote work format from anywhere in the world. *️⃣Internship:** Schedule - 6/1 (Mon-Fri: 10:00 to 19:00; Sat - 10:00 to 14:00 MSK) *️⃣Schedule after internship completion: 6/1 night shifts - weekends are only provided on weekdays in the middle of the week. The shift lasts 12 hours (from 22:00 to 10:00 MSK).
