Your responsibilities will include:
- Collection, analysis, formalization, and management of requirements for software development;
- Preparation of business processes and their approval with users;
- Development and approval with the project team and customer of technical specifications for software development;
- Development of database structure;
- Development and approval with the customer of user interface mockups/prototypes;
- Development and maintenance of software documentation;
- Interaction with developers, task assignment, and monitoring task completion deadlines.
What we expect:
- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of relational database fundamentals;
- At least 3 years of experience as a consultant or system analyst in SAP HCM;
- Confident reading of ABAP code, including Z-code;
- Solid understanding of the subject area: personnel processes and documentation, payroll, taxation and social insurance calculation in the Russian Federation, reporting to government agencies;
- Experience in writing detailed tasks for programmers for implementation;
- Experience participating in implementation, development, or involvement in developing solutions based on SAP HCM or in a similar role;
- Experience in conducting surveys, collecting, formalizing, and analyzing requirements for software development;
- Experience in developing detailed functional and technical specifications, user interface prototypes;
- ABAP programming experience is desirable.
