SnowForce, an application for projects, orders, and estimates, is looking for a Trainee AI Specialist (Codex) who wants to learn how to create and improve the application using neural networks.
Programming experience is not required — everything will be shown and taught with real tasks. The team is developing SnowForce — an application for projects, orders, estimates, and documents. The work is straightforward: you receive a task, explain in your own words what needs to be done to the neural network, review the result, and check if everything works and looks user-friendly. If something is wrong, you clarify the task and ensure it's corrected.
We are looking for someone who wants to get a new profession and eventually become an independent contributor to the product.
What you will do:
- Write tasks for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI tools in plain language;
- Review what the neural network has done;
- Click buttons and check if data is saved and the function works;
- Notice where a user might find things unclear or inconvenient;
- Ask the AI to correct errors and check the result again;
- Gradually learn to work with the application, GitHub, and other tools.
Everything will be shown:
- You will be given access to the necessary neural networks;
- We will explain how to set tasks correctly;
- We will show examples of completed work;
- We will help you with your first tasks;
- We will gradually give you more complex tasks.

- Perseverance and a willingness to learn;
- Attention to detail;
- Understanding what a user-friendly end result should look like;
- Ability not to abandon a task after the neural network's first response;
- Desire to learn and grow;
- Don't hesitate to apply if you haven't worked as a developer before. Your approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are more important. Experience with neural networks or programming will be a plus, but is not required.
Conditions:
- Remote paid internship;
- First month — 15,000 ₽ net;
- During the month, we will observe how you learn and approach your work;
- At the end of the internship, a decision will be made on continuing cooperation;
- Upon mastering the next level of skills, the payment increases by 5,000 ₽;
- If the application starts generating revenue and your contribution becomes substantial, you can separately negotiate a percentage of sales.
