We are looking for an AI Engineering Architect for a large product company, who will take responsibility for accelerating development speed 5-fold through AI implementation.
Company: an international B2C business in the entertainment industry, working with several products simultaneously and creating tools for musicians and creators worldwide. The company is moving towards decentralized engineering and is betting on AI-native tools as a way to achieve this. The systems you design should work equally well across multiple products.
Tasks: You will need to build and lead the AI stack for engineering: agent workflows, evals, access rules, AI code reviews, test and deployment automation. The focus is on automation: identifying and removing key bottlenecks in workflows using AI, and being responsible for a 5-fold acceleration of development. You will also select models and providers for tools, launch MVPs with one team and scale them across the organization, and set up evals that show a real impact on speed.
