Alfa-Money (Alfa-Bank), a fintech company, is looking for a Head of Analysis.
Alfa-Money is a team of like-minded people, a stable and growing fintech company, part of the large Alfa-Bank holding with its independent approach to doing business.
What you will do:
- Develop standards
- Implement changes, manage changes
- Develop a strategy for the direction's development
- Methodological work
- Work with the team of system analysts: conduct 1-1s, resolve conflicts, validate requirements, ensure compliance with company standards
- Plan the development of the technical function
- Study, describe, and implement engineering practices of system analysis
- Control changes
- Evaluate the results of your work
- Resolve conflicts and difficulties
The candidate has the following experience:
- Management: Managed a team of system analysts for 3+ years. Responsibilities include task allocation, process building, and results control at all stages.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of system and business analysis, works according to standards that are actually applicable in practice.
- Communication: Speaks clearly, builds logical chains, thinks systematically — sees interconnections, not isolated parts.
- Practice: Implemented engineering approaches in team work, set up processes so that they actually work.
- Stance: Able to defend their opinion — argues with numbers, facts, and logic, not emotions.
