☑️ Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, formulating, and approving requirements (TOR, User stories, etc.)
- Process modeling
- Effort estimation
- Creating work plans
- Assigning tasks to developers and related departments
- Preparing technical documentation
- Accepting work results
- Participating in the formation and maintenance of the department's general information space (in Confluence)
- Handling incidents and user requests
- Supervising the work of project team members
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- MUST have experience with banking products for INDIVIDUALS in one/several areas:
- deposits, savings, and special accounts
- bank cards
- loyalty programs (for cards, deposits: e.g., cashback, points, special offers, etc.)
- Experience in preparing technical specifications, detailed business requirements, instructions, etc.
- Ability to analyze business processes, clearly and structurally formulate requirements for their automation
- Knowledge of business process modeling notations: BPMN/UML
- Knowledge of principles and methods of information exchange design, understanding integration processes
- Experience in describing integration interactions (SOAP / REST)
- Understanding of JSON, XML/XSD structures
- Knowledge of SQL, basic database design principles
- Understanding and experience with microservice architecture
