Team Lead Data & AI

Requirements: A leader who will combine business, analytics, and technology and help turn data into measurable results. Experience managing an Analytics/BI/Data team for at least 3 years and strong expertise in commercial analytics, especially sales on marketplaces: assortment, profitability, channels, and sales dynamics. Ability to find growth points and communicate findings to the team. Practical experience in applying AI/LLM, developing AI bots, assistants, and agents (Codex, Cursor, Claude, etc.). Development of Data Office, analytical products, and business process automation. Knowledge of 1C, SQL/Python, BI, ETL, and DWH will be an advantage.
