Head of Web Analytics (e-commerce)

About the vacancy:

Responsibilities: — build end-to-end analytics using data from the e-commerce platform, CRM, and other sources; — set up analytics tools: Yandex.Metrica, DataGo; — aggregate data from multiple sources, including Yandex.Metrica and CRM, work with raw data; — check and formulate product hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and look for insights in the data; — visualize data and prepare omnichannel reporting upon customer requests to monitor indicators; — monitor indicators, identify the causes of deviations, and prepare recommendations for their elimination; — create forecasts for website performance: traffic, revenue, conversion, average check, bounce rate, and other metrics; — interact with internal customers, collect and clarify requirements, set tasks for web developers, and control implementation.

Requirements: — experience as head of analytics or lead web analyst; — experience in building analytics processes for digital products web and app in e-commerce; — proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrica, Yandex DataLens, DataGo, AppMetrica, ClickHouse, and Power BI; — experience in conducting ROPO analysis; — experience in developing data processing automation tools and routine tasks using Python; — experience in research, predictive modeling, and factor analysis will be an advantage.
