Tribe is a full-cycle HR agency providing services in personnel recruitment, relocation and onboarding, as well as implementing corporate development programs, employee assessment, analytical research, and event organization.

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team, who will help find the best candidates for our international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Active candidate search via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Building and developing a candidate database for current and future vacancies
• Initial contact with candidates, presenting vacancies, and assessing interest
• Interaction with recruiters to clarify profiles and requirements
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database in an ATS
• Using various sourcing tools and strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing or recruitment will be an advantage
• Knowledge of main search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
• Good communication skills and the ability to establish contact
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactiveness, attention to detail
• English proficiency (B1+ level)
