The team is developing services for Unified Balance, Compensation Products, and Control and Acceptance in the banking channel. To improve the customer journey, we are launching a project to create an AI assistant (using GigaChat) within the GigaAssistant interface. The assistant will allow the client to independently make changes to the parameters of the Unified Balance service.
We are looking for a developer-engineer with experience in building AI agents / agent systems (using LLMs), with whom we will develop and implement an AI agent to increase process efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid commercial experience in backend development with Python for 3+ years
- Good knowledge of FastAPI, REST API, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker / Docker Compose
- Experience with Qdrant or other vector databases
- Practical understanding of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering
- Experience integrating LLM APIs: OpenAI, GigaChat, Anthropic, or equivalents
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, or sentence-transformers
- Experience with Kafka; RabbitMQ can be considered as an alternative
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
