Conditions:
- Salary: 80,000 rubles gross starting, with potential growth to 100,000 rubles gross based on review results after 6 months.
- Format: Hybrid work format – can be combined with studies.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule, willingness to dedicate at least 30 hours per week to work.

ML (AI Agents)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the team in improving AI agents for customer and seller support at Lamoda.
- Developing an evaluation system: collecting datasets, defining metrics, building conversational simulations.
- Enhancing the search tool (RAG) and existing agents.
- Exploring new approaches: memory, agent harness environment.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of industrial development.
- Understanding of ML/DL and NLP fundamentals (embeddings, transformers).
- Understanding of RAG systems (retrieval, chunking, hybrid search).
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, basic experience with the stack (FastAPI, Docker, SQL/Postgres).
- English language proficiency for technical reading.
DevOps
Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Accelerating feature releases to Production through templating and library creation.
- Automating infrastructure creation and preparation.
Required skills:
- Docker, Kubernetes (k8s).
- Terraform, Ansible.
- CI/CD: GitLab, Harbor, Nexus.
Information Security
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the antifraud system: creating rules, analyzing effectiveness.
- Access management: working in AD, assigning permissions, processing requests.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Fundamental knowledge of mathematics and data handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Data & BI Analytics
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building dashboards in Power BI / DataLens.
- Preparing data exports and writing SQL queries.
- Analyzing A/B test results.
Required skills:
- SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Excel / Power Query.
- DataLens / Power BI.
Product Design
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interface design (iOS, Android, Desktop, Mob Site).
- Working with a design system and UI Kit.
- Scenario design and prototyping.
Required skills:
- Figma and understanding of UX.
- Portfolio required.
Data Governance
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing tools: data catalog, data contracts, lineage.
- Automating monitoring and writing code in Python.
- Working with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Required skills:
- Practical Python skills.
- Understanding of REST API and knowledge of SQL.
Who we are looking for:
- Students who will be entering their final year of an IT specialty in the summer of 2026.
- Residents of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Moscow Oblast.
Selection Stages:

- Test assignment or short call with the team.
- Internship start – July 1st.
