Magnit Tech invites students and graduates who want to solve real retail problems and build a career at MAGNIT TECH to an paid internship program “Level: PRO”.

We are looking for students from IT-related fields: 3rd-4th year undergraduates and Master’s students. Commercial experience is not required. It is important that you have a foundation in your chosen track: academic projects, pet projects, internships, hackathons, or experience working with relevant tools. The team wants to see that you are ready to engage in real tasks and grow with the team.

Level: PRO: for those who already have experience and want to tackle expert-level tasks

• You will deeply study technologies and services and make a real contribution to their development or launch

Candidate Expectations:

• 3rd year undergraduate, specialist degree student, or Master’s student
• Studying in an information technology related field
• Has prior internship or project experience
• Has strong pet projects or participation experience in hackathons
• Wants to quickly get involved in real tasks
• Considers a long-term career in IT

Tasks related to the development of services used by thousands of people daily:

• During the internship, you will work with real MAGNIT TECH products: services for stores, logistics, e-commerce, internal teams, and millions of clients.
• You will immerse yourself in retail tasks: develop features, analyze data, test solutions, improve processes, and see how your work impacts a large business.
