VK MidSprint is an intensive paid development program for young specialists that will allow you to level up to a middle position in just 16 months.
What awaits you:
- A transparent development track. Throughout the program, you will have a personal experienced mentor and an individual development plan.
- Support. A program manager will guide you on all matters.
- Development tasks. From day one, you will start honing your skills on real projects that will help you grow as quickly as possible.
Who we are looking for:
- Those who want to build a career in IT and have already decided on a specialization.
- Students and recent university graduates.
- Those ready to work 20-40 hours per week.
- Those who already have basic experience — hard skills are very important at the selection stage.
- Those who love challenges and strive to reach new heights every day.
Selection stages:
- Choose up to two vacancies that suit you and fill out the application.
- Testing. Tasks vary by field. Depending on the chosen vacancy, you will face several tasks in different formats — for example, a test, a specialized assignment, or a video interview.
- Interview. The final stage of selection, where it's important not only to impress the mentor with your knowledge and desire to work in a team but also to ask all your questions.
- Offer. Those who successfully pass all selection stages will be invited for an internship and will be informed about the details of the paperwork.
Program conditions:
- The internship stage is paid, and the salary increases upon transitioning to junior and middle levels.
- Hybrid or remote work format — depending on the vacancy.
- Meal compensation.
- Extended voluntary medical insurance (VMI) and sports compensation after transitioning to the junior level.
- All office benefits are available starting from the internship stage.
