3D Developer / Technical Partner (Vibe-coder) for Automation Startup

Who we are? We specialize in interior design, apartment renovation, and construction. We are currently launching an innovative product. We are always interested in learning new things and growing, so we are looking for someone to join our team who will help us create a tool capable of revolutionizing the market.

Who we are looking for:

We need a person who can independently drive tasks forward. We are prepared to explain the business logic and provide the necessary source data, but we do not want to create a detailed technical specification for every step.

What is important to us:

• Ability to think algorithmically and work with geometry.
• Experience in creating 3D models, interactive scenes, configurators, or procedurally generated objects.
• Ability to independently choose tools and justify technical decisions.
• Readiness to work with incomplete technical specifications, ask meaningful questions, and propose solutions.
• Responsibility for the final result, not just for writing code according to instructions.

What you will do:

• Develop tools for converting source data into finished 3D models and scenes.
• Create algorithms for generating and transforming objects based on given rules and conditions.
• Implement interactive solutions for working with 3D models.
• Develop computational logic and connect it with data obtained during system operation.
• Create prototypes, test hypotheses, and consistently improve results.
• Independently research technical solutions, identify limitations, and propose ways to overcome them.
• Important: Be ready to learn anything and work with limited information. The project is developing dynamically, so tasks may change, and we are looking for a person focused on problem-solving, not on strictly following regulations.

What you will get:

• The main value is the freedom of technical implementation and the opportunity to be at the forefront of a complex and interesting IT product in the design sphere.
• Work directly with management.
• Deep understanding of business processes in design and construction.
• A partnership approach: we provide design rules and construction standards, and you turn it into code magic.

Technologies:

We are not tied to a single stack. You can use Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js/WebGL, Blender Python, other tools, and AI-assisted development, if the chosen approach allows for a reliable and reproducible result.

Classic development format is not mandatory. Practical vibe-coding experience will be an advantage if you can verify the work of generated code, fix bugs, and bring the prototype to a working state. We are interested not only in specialists with extensive experience but also in strong practitioners who can quickly grasp an unfamiliar task and show results.

It will be an additional plus if you have skills in:

• Working with procedural generation of spaces.
• Experience in creating 3D configurators.

If the task excites you — we are waiting for your response!
