Business Analyst / System Analyst
Format: remote, project-based employment
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced business/system analyst to work at the intersection of product and development. The role involves close interaction with the Product Manager and the development team, in-depth refinement of requirements, and preparation for high-quality implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Description of the product and requirements: user stories, use cases, if necessary — BPMN, sequence diagrams.
- Decomposition of features into development tasks, preparation of specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Description of integrations and API interactions: contracts, schemas, statuses, errors.
- Data modeling (ERD), elaboration of roles and permissions, business rules, and states.
- Maintaining and updating documentation (Confluence/Notion), supporting the team during development.
We expect:
- Experience as a business or system analyst in product development (web/mobile).
- Ability to write clear, structured specifications and work effectively with the development team.
- Understanding of REST/JSON, principles of working with databases at an analyst level.
- Attention to detail, structured approach, ability to bring requirements to a "ready for development" state.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with B2C products, social or content platforms.
- Experience describing event analytics (events, parameters).
- Experience with payments and subscriptions.
