About the department
In the AI Team cluster, we are looking for a specialist who will develop and implement GenAI solutions into real business processes.
The focus is not on prototypes, but on production systems:
- corporate AI assistants
- multi-agent systems
- data extraction and structuring
- automation of decision-making
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions based on LLM / RAG / Tools / MCP (AI agents, assistants, Code Generation)
- Create tools for AI agents and microservice architecture
- Develop backend services (synchronous and asynchronous integrations)
- Participate in bringing solutions to industrial operation
- Support and develop existing GenAI solutions
- Configure LLM quality monitoring and control their operation
- Interact with Data Engineering, Classic ML, and MLOps teams
- Write technical documentation, unit tests, and participate in code review
Requirements
- Experience with GenAI / LLM for 1.5+ years
- Experience in Python development for 3+ years
- Solid understanding of asyncio, FastAPI, GIL
- Experience with Docker, Kafka, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Git
- Practical experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Langfuse or similar tools
- Understanding of LLM principles and prompt engineering
- Experience in building backend services and integrations
