📌 Requirements • Over 5 years of experience in commercial backend development in high-load environments. • Experience in product-oriented environments and proven experience in building and scaling high-load distributed systems. • Expert-level proficiency in the Go language, including advanced language features such as generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives. • Deep knowledge of SQL, including schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization. • Deep understanding of Redis data structures and their efficient use in high-load systems. • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous service interaction models (gRPC, message brokers). • Deep knowledge of microservice architecture patterns and client-server interaction. • Experience in developing and implementing observability strategies, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing. • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes (or equivalents), and cloud infrastructure. • Ability to write maintainable and testable code with full coverage of unit and integration tests. • Proficiency in Git. • Experience with project management and collaboration tools. • Interest in new technologies and continuous professional development.
