Requirements: Experience in iGaming from 2.5 to 4+ years with proven results (experience with crypto casino will be a plus). Understanding of key traffic acquisition channels and tools. Successful experience in launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Tier-1 markets. Understanding the specifics of the gambling community and the ability to use it as a channel for organic growth and user retention. Strong analytical thinking: ability to work with metrics, make quick data-driven decisions, and effectively test hypotheses. Creative approach, ability to find non-standard solutions in a highly competitive environment. Fluent English.

**Location:**📍Remote from anywhere in the world. Relocation to Cyprus is possible if desired.
